Hotel Victoria was built in 1990 and refurbished in 2002. It is one of the three downtown hotels situated on the banks of River Danube on the Buda side of the capital. All 27 rooms of the hotel provide a view of the river, the famous Chain Bridge, the Parliament and the Hungarian Scientific Academy on the opposite side of the river.
